IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR MEMBERSHIP NOT FIASP

Please note that , with effect from 1° January 2012 , only for non-members Fiasp , to enroll in any event be required to purchase the Fiasp participation card with an extra € 0.50, by releasing their own name and date of birth in order to fulfill its obligations under the relatively D.P.C.M03/11/2012-G.U. n ° 296/2010.

These sums are not subject to VAT under the fourth paragraph of Article 4 of Presidential Decree 26/10/72 and subsequent amendments

• OMOLOGATION: The walk is not competitive. Therefore there won't be any rankings and no medals will be delivered.

• START: The meeting will take place in the courtyard of the Castle , the starting day of the first race is set for 8.00 / 9.00 except for any changes , while a daily basis will be posted on the bulletin board the next day's schedule .

• TRACKS: Tracks are very different, relaxing and with paved or unpaved routes surrounded by nature.

• CHECK IN: Every runner receive a card that will be endorsed to the control points or surprise on the way.

• ASSISTANCE: First aid, radio assistance and other safety procedures such as supervison at the crossing are providen to our runners. Then along the tracks you can always find some staff members happy to help you in case of emergency.

• INSURANCE: The insurance does not cover injuries to participants who do not comply with official times of departure and not have the participation card that says name -last name and any group, do not meet the mileage of the routes set by the organization

• DEADLINES : No registrations will be accepted further than 21 August 2012.

• STANDS: In each track there are 7 stands provided of hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, fruit. Once arrived in the Castle, we will offer you spaghetti, hot soup, milk, wine, fruit ...all inclusive

• OVERNIGHT: There are places available in the school (max. 100 beds). Linen are not provided.Otherwise you can choose your own accomodation such as roulotte, tend, camper nearby the Castle after authorisation of the Proloco.

• DINNER: Dinner is served every night in Foglizzo at cheap price and healthy.On Thursday 23th August all runners are invited to our “welcome evening” by the Castle.

• PERSONAL DATA : Please note that, under Article .13 D.Leg No. 193/2003 , the personal data to be entered on the registration card to the event , are only required for compliance by the insurance company , in relation to the lists of persons involved and about the safety standards referred to by DPCM 03/11/2010 published in G.U.n ° 296/2010 .
Recall also that the failure to provide such data when de inscription , involves no admission to the event . This statement means acquired by the participant with the delivery of participation card and any event Fiasp .
